These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of highqcannabis.com (the “Site”), operated by High Q Cannabis (“High Q,” “we,” “us”), located at 49755 Leona Dr, Chesterfield Township, MI 48051. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Age Requirement

This Site and our products are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older (or registered qualifying patients under Michigan law). By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement. We verify age and identification at purchase and pickup. The person picking up an order must be present and provide a valid government-issued photo ID; medical purchases also require a valid Michigan medical marijuana card.

2. Legal Compliance

High Q Cannabis is a licensed cannabis retailer operating under the laws of the State of Michigan. Cannabis products are for use only within Michigan as permitted by law. It is your responsibility to comply with all laws applicable to you, including those concerning purchase limits, possession, transport, and consumption. Cannabis products may not be transported across state lines. Although cannabis is legal for adults 21 and older under Michigan law, marijuana remains a Schedule I controlled substance under U.S. federal law. By purchasing from High Q Cannabis, you acknowledge this and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, and use of cannabis products.

3. No Medical Advice

Content on this Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Products are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 4. Online Menu & Ordering

Product availability, pricing, potency, and promotions shown on the Site are provided through our point-of-sale and e-commerce partners, are subject to change without notice, and may contain errors. Placing an online order reserves product for in-store or curbside pickup; the sale is completed in person after valid ID verification. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where required by law. Prices shown may not include applicable Michigan cannabis excise and sales taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to Michigan cannabis regulations, all sales are final. Once cannabis products have left the store, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you believe you received a defective, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law and our store policies.

6. Health Warnings

Cannabis use carries risks. It may impair concentration, coordination, and judgment — do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence. Keep all cannabis products away from children and pets. Use by pregnant or breastfeeding women may be harmful. The intoxicating effects of cannabis, particularly edibles, may be delayed up to two hours — start with a low dose and go slow.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including the High Q Cannabis name, logo, graphics, text, and design — are owned by High Q Cannabis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Third-party brand names appearing on the menu belong to their respective owners.

8. Communications

By joining our rewards program or mailing list, you consent to receive marketing and transactional communications from High Q Cannabis, including recurring automated promotional text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. 9. Rewards Program

If you participate in our rewards or loyalty program, any points or rewards you earn have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be redeemed only in accordance with the program’s rules. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, or adjust point values and rewards, at any time. Points and rewards may be forfeited if your account is closed or if we determine the program has been abused.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (such as online menus, loyalty signup, maps, and review platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Q Cannabis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products beyond the amount you paid for the product at issue.

13. Severability

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Macomb County, Michigan.
